JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and several others are named in the first information report and omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against all the accused persons including the petitioner. Admittedly, co-accused, namely, Munna Thakur and one other have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 24.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45899 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22545 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014.
