This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 461 and 379 of the Penal Code. The first information report is against unknown persons. However, the only material against the petitioner, as submitted, is confessional statement of the petitioner himself. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 322 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
