Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner and five other accused persons are said to have assaulted the injured who appeared to have sustained, altogether, seven injuries, out of them five injuries were found simple in nature whereas opinion regarding two injuries was kept reserved. The aforesaid two injuries were on pelvic region as well as arms of the injured. Moreover, occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute and petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 23.1.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saharsa in Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case no. 185/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
