JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was Panchayat Rozgar Sewak at the relevant time and contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the concerned scheme was estimated to the tune of Rs. 2,26,936/- and as a matter of fact, the payment was made to the job card holders who worked under the above stated scheme of MANREGA. To fortify the above stated contention, he drew my attention towards Annexure-3 to this petition and submits that cheques as well as list of job card holders clearly go to show that payment had been made and no amount was defalcated.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22479 of 2015 (2) dt.03-07-2015 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014.
