The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant Incharge Headmaster of Suhasat Sahdeo High School, Sandesh alleged that some persons committed theft of 7 computer and its necessary accessories. After investigation final form was submitted finding no clue. It is submitted that one Arun Kumar Singh was arrested, who disclosed the name of the petitioner and some articles are alleged to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner almost after three years of the occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 22.02.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23569 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 91 of 2012.
