The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 341, 506, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have eve-teased the daughter of the informant and also passed lewd remarks and caught her hand. The petitioner is in jail since 03.03.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months. Learned counsel for the informant, however, opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District
