JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 354, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4-5(M)(n)/6 of POCSO Act. The allegation of sexual assault is against co-accused Nafis Alam. So far as the petitioner is concerned, the informant stated that she was dropped by petitioner and others at her house, therefore, it appears that no serious allegation has been levelled against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
