The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhoriya P.S. Case No. 268 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 11.10.2021, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Dhoriya P.S.
