JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with Maheshkhut P.S. Case No. 65 of 2013, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, it has only come that these petitioners and other had given threatening to the deceased to kill him, except the suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioners. The petitioners having no criminal antecedent are in custody since 02.02.2016.

No.13748 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Maheshkhut P.S. Case No. 65 of 2013. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
