JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was earlier on bail but in course of trial, she did not appear before the trial court, as a result whereof her bail bonds was cancelled some time in the year 2011 but, subsequently, she voluntarily surrendered before the court below on 01.03.2016 and since then she is languishing in jail custody. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner died in the year 2008 and being frustrated due to death of her husband, she could not make proper pairvi before the trial court.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14497 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge- IX, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Session trial no. 411 of 1995, arising out of Bikramganj P.S.Case No. 11 of 1995.
