JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2018 Heard Mr. Siddharth Harsh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC 10 for the respondent-State. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authority to grant benefits under Indira Awas Scheme to the petitioner, which has illegally been given to Respondent No.7, as this fact has also been reported by the Block Development Officer, Jehanabad to District Public Grievance Redressal Authority vide Memo No. 345 dated 16.030.2017, as contained in Annexure-4.

However, after some argument, learned counsel for

Patna High Court CWJC No.7326 of 2017(2) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application to file complaint before concerned Public Grievance Redressal Authority, under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with above mentioned liberty to the petitioner. If such complaint is filed before the concerned Public Grievance Redressal Authority within a period of three weeks, when it is expected from the Authority to look into the matter and to dispose of the said complaint within a period of six weeks of its filing.
