In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is to have caused injury by knife on the vital part of scalp of the victim. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court
