2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 11.02.2016 passed in CWJC No. 9787 of 2014.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 5, Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 19.07.2017 discloses that a

Patna High Court MJC No.1374 of 2017 dt.07-02-2018 final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the judgment of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 1374 of 2017 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case it is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, it may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
