The petitioner is accused in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 180 of 2015, registered under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that informant is eye-witness of the occurrence, but he has not disclosed the name of the petitioner by saying specific over act but later on, the informant in his restatement has stated that this petitioner was also present, but informant has not attributed overt act against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Silao P.S.
