This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.09.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14170 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error the impugned order dated 05.11.2015 has been typed instead of 04.08.2014.

In such view of the matter, the order dated 05.09.2016 is modified to the extent that "the impugned order

Patna High Court MJC No.1368 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 dated 05.11.2015", appearing in the second line of first page and last line of second page, will be read as "impugned order dated 04.08.2014".
