Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 269 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11136 of 2019(4) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Lalganj P.S.
