JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail any other remedy available under the law.

In view of the fact that the order of termination of the petitioner has been upheld by the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court, I do not find any merit in the present petition, which is in fact an abuse of the process of the Court, however, since the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted liberty to avail such other remedies

Patna High Court CWJC No.6784 of 2017 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 which are available to him under the law. However, it is made clear that no further writ petition would lie before this Court henceforth, with regard to the subject matter of the present writ petition.
