On account of forcible encroachment over the land by Mahanand Yadav, Mahadeo Yadav, informant, her husband, nephew, Bhaisur, Gotani, including herself have gone over the plot and enquired from Mahanand and Mahadeo regarding their activities whereupon it has been concluded that matter will be sorted out at the house and on account thereof, while they were returning, all the accused persons so named, armed variously, surrounded the prosecution party and during course thereof, there happens to be specific role assigned against individual accused regarding their indulgence. So far petitioner Fani Lal Yadav is concerned, it has been alleged that he had inflicted farsa blow over nephew of informant, namely, Rajesh Yadav on his leg causing injury thereupon. From Annexure-3, it is apparent that doctor had found one incised wound injury 6"x1⁄2" x 1⁄4", simple in nature

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23233 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 caused by sharp cutting weapon and on account thereof, petitioner Fani Lal Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Kumar Gunjan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.
