ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 25.01.2016 passed by the Sessions Judge, Jamui in Criminal Appeal No. 17 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 05.05.2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in Complaint Case No. 406C of 2005, by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Section 406 IPC and sentenced him to undergo S.I. for six months.

Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference.

However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands dismissed.
