For the Petitioner/s :

Mr. Shyam Kumar Singh, A.P.P.
====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the petitioner on telephone call pretending himself to a bank man asked the account detail of the informant and thereafter withdrew money from the account of the informant.
Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 208 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
Hence, prayer of the petitioner for grant of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3521 of 2020(6) dt.18-01-2021 2/2 anticipatory bail is refused.
Petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of two weeks and pray for regular bail.
