The present application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities Head Master, Government Middle School, Kritpura Block- Baikunthpur (respondent no.10) to allow her to make her attendance in the school register since she has been validly appointed as Shiksha Swayam Sewak (Talimi

Patna High Court CWJC No.2433 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/3 Markaz) in the Government Middle School, Keritpura, BlockBaikunthpur, District-Gopalganj and has already been joined the school on 18.03.2024. And for directing the respondent authorities to make payment of salary/stipend of the petitioner for Shiksha Swayam Sewak (Talimi Markaz) in the Government Middle School, Kritpura, Baikunthpur from the date of joining i.e. from 18.03.2024, since she has been illegally restrained from discharging her duty.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had filed representation before the authority concerned but no order has been passed on it till date. 4.

Considering the reliefs sought by the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of this order and other supporting documents, before the respondent no.6 within a period of thirty days from today and the respondent no.6 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one month from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.

It is made clear that respondent no.6 shall be personally
