Villagers of Simariyan village had blocked Sasaram Main Road wherein petitioner along with 13-14 villagers found named and disrupted the regular traffic for three hours. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 17.2.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner Balkeshwar Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kargahar P.S.Case No.28 of 2015.
