JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The impugned order shows that charge has already been framed against the petitioner and the case of the petitioenr is pending for recording prosecution evidence and furthermore, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about 18 cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial not 361 arising out of Chhatauni P.S.Case No. 146 of 2013, pending in the court of 9th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari stands rejected, at least, as this stage.
