The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant alleged that three persons came and one of them has opened fire which hit on his chest. The informant alleged that petitioner has got enmity as he was demanding extortion from his son, who is running a coaching institute. During the course of investigation, the son of the informant made statement under section 164 of the Cr. P. C. and he also suspected hands of the petitioner. Except suspicion that too on account of previous enmity, there appears no direct material to connect the petitioner.

No.22665 of 2015 (5) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Jamalpur P.S.
