JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, petitioner was un armed at the time of alleged occurrence and it was co-accused Laddu Bhagat who having firearm made demand of extortion. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S.Case No. 10 of 2015.
