Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 and 363 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report, but in course of investigation, one co-accused was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and after that petitioner was, too, arrested and made confessional statement accepting his involvement in the present crime.
