JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/411/120B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners were applicant for the post of trained graduate teacher. Allegation is that they had produced forged certificate of their training and they could not be appointed as forgery was detected during selection process. Submission of the petitioner is that certificates were genuine and they have wrongly been declared forged. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19981 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Supaul/Successor Court in connection with Chhatapur Police Station Case No.110 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With further condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioners in this case.
