This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Saharsa PS Case No.964/19 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. There is recovery of two pistols and 10 cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. Apart from that he is accused in seven other cases, which appears from pars 3 of the petition.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as he is a broker and for safety, he has to keep some arms. He is in custody for more than 2 1⁄2 months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and considering the submissions as well as recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
