JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.11.2014 in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
It is alleged that from possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol, one live cartridge and two non-effected cartridges were recovered.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2014 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that from possession of the petitioner one country made pistol, one live
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22185 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 cartridge and two non-effected cartridges are said to have been recovered. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Banka, in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014.
