It happens to be an exploitation at the end of accused persons having themselves away from the Court, at the other end tries to take benefit in the background of an observation while rejecting the prayer of the petitioner vide order dated 02.07.2014 under Criminal Miscellaneous No.13075 of 2014, giving a liberty to renew his prayer for bail, in case, trial is not concluded within six months.

However, taking into account the period of detention, another opportunity is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, in case, there happens to be presence of the accused as well as having framing of the charge.
