It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that an appeal has been preferred against the impugned order, whereby the petitioner's licence to run PDS shop has been cancelled, which is pending since 2020.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4840 of 2021(3) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 There is no such averment in the writ petition. The said statement is being made on the oral instructions which the learned counsel has received.

In such view of the matter, this application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to invoke provisions under Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, by approaching the Revisional Authority in the wake of alleged non disposal of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, if already not disposed of. It goes without saying that, if the petitioner approaches the Revisional Authority, the Revisional Authority shall expeditiously decide the matter, preferably within two months from the date of making of an application/representation.
