Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor stolen idol was recovered from his conscious possession. Annexure-2 to this petition shows that the stolen idol was recovered from a field. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and it appears that except confessional statement and suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in
