JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One co-accused Ravish Kumar @ Ravo Paswan was arrested and one country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession. Furthermore, one black bag was also recovered and from the aforesaid bag, one country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. The apprehended co-accused disclosed the name of petitioner and stated that the aforesaid bag belongs to the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 03.12.2012 and except the criminal antecedent as well as confessional statement of the aforesaid coaccused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner in the present case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12808 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional district and Sessions Judge-Vth, Munger in connection with Sangrampur ( Tetya Bampar) P.S.Case No. 72 of 2012, Session trial no. 170 of 2013.
