JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " To stop the construction of road over the Nali constructed by Government of Indian under Canal scheme for the purpose of irrigation of the 20 acres of the agricultural land of the village Kadimpur situated in Block Itarhi of District Buxar and may further direct the respondent authorities to start uninterrupted irrigation in the village Kadimpur situated in Block Itarhi of District Buxar."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
