This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.05.2018 passed in CWJC No.14461 of 2010 by which the said writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation along with the records before the Director General of Police, Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the competent authority would be the Principal Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat Department, Bihar, Patna.

In view of the submissions made at the bar, the petitioner may also file a representation before the Principal Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat Department, Bihar, Patna and if such representation is filed, he will be obliged to look into the matter and take a decision in accordance with law within a

Patna High Court MJC No.4697 of 2018(3) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
