Mr.Binod Kumar(App16) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.08.2018 in connection with S.T. No.421 of 2018 giving rise to K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No.591 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 386, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Prosecution case as per the written report submitted by Sonu Kumar is that on 21.08.2018 at 4.30 P.M., Pintu Singh, this petitioner, Sonu Yadav, came in his shop and resorted to firing and demanded ransom. After firing when people gathered around shop, the accused persons were apprehended. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation appears to be unreasonable, however, no

Learned A.P.P. vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the accusation is levelled against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that no injury is found to anyone and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge, Purnea in connection with S.T. No.421 of 2018 giving rise to K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No.591 of 2018.
