JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. No one appears on behalf of the opposite party no.2 even after service of notice.

It appears that vide order dated 02.08.2014, the petitioners were granted interim bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 02.08.2014 is hereby confirmed. The petitioners above-named will remain on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each within four weeks to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23418 of 2014 (4) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 Supaul in Complaint Case No.948C/2010 with the following conditions :

1.

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.

2.

The petitioners will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioners will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, their bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
