JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-02-2019 Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties with reference to paragraph-10 of the show cause submits that opposite parties have already removed the encroachment and complied with the direction of the Writ Court. Paragraph-10 of the show cause is quoted hereinbelow:- "10.
