1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.
2. This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- "I. To quash the notices issued to these petitioners by the Circle Officer, Basopatti, District-Madhubani (Respondent No. 7).
Patna High Court CWJC No.5797 of 2016(2) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 II. To direct the respondent-Authorities not to acquire the Khatiyani land of the petitioners. III. Any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are entitled."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioners to move before the appropriate authority, in accordance with law, which may be available to them.
4. With the aforesaid liberty, this writ application is disposed of.
