Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant Sunil Kumar Sharma gave his fardbeyan before the S.I. Satya Narayan Lal Das, that he was informed through mobile No. 8538986334 that his son Niraj Kumar is ill and is under treatment in Sub Divisional Hospital, Danapur. On this information he reached at the Sub Divisional Hospital Danapur, where he saw that his son is lying dead and not a single teacher is present in this hospital. When the informant saw his on, he found injuries on his leg and back and also signs of beating.

No.22133 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 05.1.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. It has been submitted that case has been registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and police has submitted charge sheet under section 304A of the Indian Penal Code. It has also been submitted that as per the prosecution case the allegation of assault is against co-accused Tantan Kumar and not against the petitioner.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M, Danapur in Danapur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015.
