This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for directing the respondents not to enter inside the house of the petitioner without any lawful justification and not to threaten him and his family members to demolish his house and also to lodge an FIR against police officials of Patna police station for their acts of omission and commission.

In the opinion of this court, for the reliefs prayed for

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.408 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 in the present writ petition, the petitioner has got equally efficacious statutory remedy under the Code of Civil Procedure and also Code of Criminal Procedure.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. It is dismissed, accordingly. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md. S/SKSuman.
