The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding bullet motorcycle of the informant having been stolen by unknown thief from his house.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact, compromise has also taken place in between the informant and the petitioner herein as is apparent from Annexure-2 to the present petition. The petitioner is stated to

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018.
