1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent no. 1.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant application challenging the appointment of respondent no. 2 as Vice Chancellor of the Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic & Persian University, Patna was filed in the year 2017. As it transpires from the website of the University, respondent no. 2 is no longer the Vice Chancellor. Inspite of all attempts he has not been able to get further instruction from the petitioner.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of learned counsel for the petitioner not having any instruction in the matter as also the submission made as recorded hereinabove, without entering into the merit of the
