Petitioner is in custody in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 345 of 2016 for the offence under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after three years of occurrence, the petitioner has been remanded in the instant case on the basis of confessional statement made by the co-accused.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.7.2019 on remand.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's name surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner,
