The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 172 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 o the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is that petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3060 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 along with other accused persons assaulted the informant with lathi and danda.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent. There is case and counter case. He further submits that all the injuries found simple in nature, which is mentioned in the impugned order.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dawath (Dawath) P.S. Case No. 172 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
