The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that he entered into the office of the Manager and one country made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from his possession by the Inspector of CISF. It is submitted that petitioner is a petty contractor and he entered into the office of the Manager as some money was due with the Manager and at that time he was apprehended. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Barh in Pandarak P. S. Case no. 170 of 2014 with the following conditions :

1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.
3.
The petitioner will be well represented in the court.
