JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant, who was in jail custody in connection with a criminal case, became prey of sodomy by the other inmates of the jail. The informant disclosed the name of two persons in his written report and, subsequently, when his statement under section 164 of the Cr.P.C was recorded, he stated that petitioner had also caught hold of him but the informant did not level allegation of committing sodomy against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
