The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner, claiming himself T.T.E., collected illegal money from the passengers of the train.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.11.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the clean antecedent and period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4717 of 2022(3) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul (Lakhisarai) in connection with Kiul Rail P.S. Case No. 98 of 2021.
