06.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
The Petitioner seeks bail in Karza P.S. Case No. 28 of 2014 registered under Sections 323, 341, 324, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
Considering the statement of the alleged victim incriminating the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in view of the serious nature of offence and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, and the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
