2. Vide order dated 12.12.2024, due to inadvertence, in party position it has been wrongly mentioned as "Sarita Devi, Wife of Shiv Kumar Paswan", in place of "Sarita Devi, Daughter of Shiv Kumar Paswan".

3. Let the same be read as "Sarita Devi, Daughter of Shiv Kumar Paswan" in place of "Sarita Devi, Wife of Shiv Kumar Paswan".

4. Further four weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to furnish the bail bond in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No.437 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 12.12.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above and the rest of the order shall remain intact.
